3. Cookies

Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their use of your payment data.
Supabase — for database and account management. Data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
Outscraper / Google — your search queries are sent to third-party data providers to retrieve business information. No personal user data is shared with these providers beyond the search query.
Legal authorities — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Marino Ventures LLC or others.

5. Data About Third Parties (Business Listings)

LeadPull retrieves publicly available business information from Google Maps and related sources, including business names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and websites. This information is sourced from public business listings and is not collected from private individuals.

If you are a business owner and wish to have your information excluded from our results, please contact us at support@marinoventures.co.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information (email, subscription status, search count) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription and wish to have your data deleted, contact us and we will remove your information from our database within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
